My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely and clean, offering a comfortable retreat. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, especially Mr Kara and Ms. Wafaa who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The location was excellent, placing me near all the attractions I wanted to visit. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, as the food options were a bit monotonous. Overall, a great value for money stay.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were delighted to find a great location, right in the heart of the city and close to many shopping districts and attractions. The rooms, however, were a bit of a letdown with odd smells and poor insulation. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, especially from Mr Kara and Ms. Wafaa who went above and beyond to assist us. Dining left much to be desired, with reheated options that did not justify the price. Despite some flaws, the hotel's facilities were convenient and functional.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Taksim Square providing easy access to public transport and attractions, without the typical noise of a central area. The dining experience was disappointing in terms of food diversity, although the homemade pasta was good. The service was a mix of unhelpful transportation instructions and cooperative staff, with some language barriers but a few exceptionally welcoming individuals like the Arabic receptionist, Wafaa. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
