Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely and clean, offering a comfortable retreat. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, especially Mr Kara and Ms. Wafaa who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The location was excellent, placing me near all the attractions I wanted to visit. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, as the food options were a bit monotonous. Overall, a great value for money stay.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were delighted to find a great location, right in the heart of the city and close to many shopping districts and attractions. The rooms, however, were a bit of a letdown with odd smells and poor insulation. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, especially from Mr Kara and Ms. Wafaa who went above and beyond to assist us. Dining left much to be desired, with reheated options that did not justify the price. Despite some flaws, the hotel's facilities were convenient and functional.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a slight issue of smoking smells. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Kara and Ms. Wafaa who made the stay enjoyable. The central location is perfect for exploring Istanbul, and the breakfast is well-organized and delicious.
My stay at the hotel was amazing as it made me feel like I was at home, however, there was a weird smell upon arrival and I missed having a balcony option in the room. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything without the noise.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a nice room featuring a balcony, but no sunlight or cross ventilation. The small cozy room had a small bathroom equipped with basic amenities. However, there was a weird smell upon entering the room. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Taksim Square providing easy access to public transport and attractions, without the typical noise of a central area. The dining experience was disappointing in terms of food diversity, although the homemade pasta was good. The service was a mix of unhelpful transportation instructions and cooperative staff, with some language barriers but a few exceptionally welcoming individuals like the Arabic receptionist, Wafaa. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from Taxsim square, providing easy access to public transport and a variety of shops and restaurants. The rooms are cozy and clean, with a small bathroom equipped with amenities but lacking natural sunlight or cross ventilation. The service was exceptional, with multilingual staff including the kind receptionist Wafaa. The dining experience was fresh and tasty, and the overall value for money was good.
